Anyone have a good recipe for the white turnips? Can you eat the leaves too?

The leaves are delicious lightly sauteed or steamed! Please read our newsletters for cooking tips and recipes. I like to eat the turnips themselves raw-- in salads or sprinkled lightly with sea salt. If you prefer to cook them, they add a delicious sweetness to soups or stir fries. ~maggie

My husband arrived home with our farm share yesterday - and a turnip stuck in his mouth. He had eaten it like an apple on the drive home!
